Leaving It All Behind

This story is about Mr. Marcos Hernandez, . Marcos is 33 years old. He was born on 1977. He is from Puebla, Mexico He is not married but, He live with his girlfriend.

Marcos immigrated to the United States, He only has his mother, his father is die. He has a daughter and one son their names are Karen and Gustavo. He like live in United States so much.

He immigrated to USA in 2001; his trip was so sad and hard because He left his family and his country. When Marcos crossed the border was difficult, because when he crossed the desert He fall down in a big hole and Marcos felt scared. He tried to cross two times.

I asked myself why Marcos would try two times.

He tried two times because the first one immigration caught him and send him, when they caught him, Marcos felt sad because he thought that his efforts had been useless, that is all that he had not been for nothing.

I asked him if He can describe me the beginning when caught by immigration, and He told me that; We walked by 6 hours in the desert and during the way they had no water and it was very hard because without water you fell that you drown , but the good thing is that was in the nigh. In the morning they arrived to a ranch in this ranch as a lot of water and then, their leader went to get some water, but the dog of the ranch began to bark  the ranch owner call to immigration to say that illegal people was around of his house , finally migration caught to Marcos and his fellow travelers and sent them to Mexico.

Marcos felt scared because He didn’t know what would happen to him. Mr. Marcos decided to cross again to the next day wow this was incredible to the next day!

He comes here in 3 days.

Marcos immigrated because he wanted have a better future for him and his family. He think that if He didn’t immigrate He don’t would have a good future because in this country have better opportunities to live better than in his Country.

He say now  his life is better than in his Country, now He can have things that in his Country can’t have like: He can help to his family economically sending more money and also he builds his house there in Mexico He says, that He know that in his Country could have his house, but here is easier because He work hard and get a little bit more of money and there just work and a little money.

Now He lives here in San Francisco, CA with his girlfriend all most his wife because they had to spend a long time together and they have 2 children. Marcos girlfriend’s Estrellita Gonzales. He told me more about Estrellita, He told that she is a nice person, she take care about him and the most important thing is that she help him in all that He needs.

He wants to go to back to his country, Mexico, because his family is waiting for him.  And Marcos misses his children and all his family, I couldn't resist and I asked him who in his family were waiting. He answered that;  his mother,his brothers,his sisters and his children. marcos also added thta; if his father is still live, He also was waiting for him.

Finally he told me that; after some years without his family and all of the hard work, He hopes that He can get all his goals and be together with his family. He also hopes that he can be happy with his family.
