Mistakes Can Change Your Life

           She is 30 years old. She is from United States but she grew up in Honduras because her parents left Honduras 29 years ago. Then she went back to Unites States. when she was 10 years old, She came back to United States. It was so difficult for her because she didn’t speak English and also her parents didn’t have work so it was  total chaos.   

            Two years later immigration caught her parents and deported them. She started to live with foster parents. She didn’t see her parents and didn’t know anything about them for eight years. She lived six years with foster family because she wanted to work live a long time and also collect money for meet with her parents again.

            She had two jobs and she worked for two years and she collected $8000. Then she went to Honduras where she learned many bad things and good things about her family. Her grandmother already died, she has one brother and one sister that she didn’t know. She was so happy and excited because she hadn’t seen her parents for a long time when she saw her parents she started to cry and ran over to them, and her parents stared to cry too. They thought that they weren’t going to see her again. Her parents told her that they always called the duana for to know about her, but they didn’t receive any information. Her father told her that they never lost hope to see her again. She never has been better in Honduras.

            She stayed for six months. She came back to the United States and when she came back she met a handsome boy in the airplane. She thinks they fell in love at first sight. They exchanged phone numbers. Stephanie waited for Ugo call her first, but she waited for two  months. One day when she was working, Ugo sent her a message. Then he told her that he wanted to go on a date with her, but Stephanie said, “no” because she wanted him to think she is a difficult girl.

          They started to be in contact daily. So after one month she had a date with Ugo, she was so happy. When she had the date with Ugo she started to feel nervous so she fell in the street, it was so funny.

           They started to date regularly. Finally one day Ugo asked Stephanie if she wanted to be his girlfriend. She said “let me think about it”, and after five minutes she said “yes” I accept to be your girlfriend. They got married and now they have two girls named Eugenia and Stephanie.
